Right of Withdrawal

(This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). It does not apply to entrepreneurs as defined in Section 14 BGB.)

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e‑mail or letter).
You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this notice, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you (including any delivery costs, if applicable) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

3. Special Provisions for Digital Content

For contracts relating to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (e.g., downloads, access to digital courses or membership areas), the following applies:

Expiry of the right of withdrawal:
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely once we have begun performance of the contract,
after you have expressly consented to us commencing performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
and you have confirmed that you understand that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
This consent is given by accepting our Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase.

Completion of performance:
Performance is deemed to have commenced when you first access a members’ area, a learning platform, or when a download is made available.

4. Special Provisions for Subscriptions and Recurring Services

For contracts concerning recurring digital services (e.g., subscriptions or ongoing memberships), the following applies in addition:

If you have requested that performance of the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services covered by the contract.
Upon a valid withdrawal, access to our services ends immediately; any amounts paid that relate to the period after withdrawal will be refunded on a pro rata basis.
This request and consent are also given by accepting our Terms & Conditions during the checkout process.

5. Note for International Customers

This right of withdrawal applies to consumers resident within the European Union in accordance with the statutory provisions.
For customers residing outside the EU, we voluntarily grant a 14‑day right of withdrawal under the same terms and conditions.
